Our Services
DRX 9000 Spinal Decompression
Texas Spine Clinic’s spinal decompression process is a gentle, non-surgical, anesthesia-free treatment that utilizes the state-of-the-art DRX 9000 machine to decompress bulging discs, herniated discs, pinched nerves and degenerative disc disease by gently stretching the spine. With more than 2000 patients treated, we have the knowledge and experience necessary to successfully treat these conditions.
Laser Therapy
Our clinic utilizes the LiteCure LCT-1000, an innovative laser therapy system designed to alleviate pain and facilitate healing by using a process called “biosimulation.” Treatments are non-surgical and non-contact, meaning our doctors can provide the treatment without the strains that cold laser or low level laser systems may have. Laser therapy is commonly used to treat neck pain, back pain, joint pain, and wrist, hand, and ankle injuries.
Chiropractic
Chiropractors are doctors who specialize in the evaluation and treatment of disorders primarily involving the nerves, muscles, bones, and joints. They perform detailed histories, physical examinations including orthopedic, neurological, and laboratory tests, as well as diagnostic imaging to formulate a successful plan of action to effectively treat your condition. Chiropractors typically utilize spinal manipulation techniques to improve joint function and pain. These treatments are often combined with conditioning exercises and physical modalities in order to address muscle and joint function together.
Pain Management
Pain Management is a medical specialty that focuses on relieving pain from patients through interventional procedures like spinal injections, joint injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation. Pain doctors undergo a primary specialty in Anesthesia, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology/Psychiatry before doing post-residency training in Pain Management.

Pain
Lower Back Pain
Up to 80% of adult Americans suffer from lower back pain. Some back pain is the result of injury, while some pains stem from the tendency of adults to work in a seated position for long periods of time. Whatever the cause, Texas Spine Clinic treats lower back pain using non-invasive and non-surgical methods to preserve the overall health of your body.
Headaches
From Migraine headaches to nerve-related head pain, we treat it all. The severity and symptoms of headaches can vary widely, and it can be difficult to determine the exact source of your pain without assistance. Chronic headaches should be treated with careful attention to improve your quality of life.
Neck Pain
Neck pain can be caused by something as simple as sleeping in unusual positions, or can be the result of car accidents or other serious injuries to the spine. Since the neck is one of the most flexible and most used sections of the spine, working to reduce any and all pain that area is crucial. Sometimes, chiropractic care is called for to adjust the vertebra back into proper positioning.
Other pains we can treat:
Radiating Pain Down the Arms
Radiating Pain Down the Legs
Sciatic Leg Pain
Post-surgical Back Pain
Numbness and Tingling
Chronic Diseases
Chronic Diseases
Sciatica is the result of a large nerve in your spine becoming pinched or constricted. Sciatic pain is characterized by sharp or shooting pains throughout the lower spine, buttocks, and legs. Ultimately, sciatica is the result of a misalignment in the spine, or herniated disc. Non-invasive spinal adjustments can have a great effect on minimizing sciatic pain.
Facet Syndrome
Facet joint syndrome facilitate a lot of dynamic motion in the spine. When these joints begin to degenerate, they can limit motion, cause pain, and contribute to additional nerve restriction within the spine. Facet syndrome is complicated and difficult to diagnose, but our spinal experts are highly experienced in determining the true cause of back pain.
Scoliosis
Typically, Scoliosis occurs in children, and is not necessarily a cause for concern. However, when the curvature of the spine reaches 25 degrees or so, it becomes necessary to reinforce the child’s spine with some manner of bracing.
Degenerative Disc Disease
Spinal vertebra are kept together by soft tissue in the spinal column called discs. Over time, as your spine flexes, compresses, and shifts, these discs can start to decay. Vertebra grinding directly against each other can cause severe pain in the lower back and throughout the body. Chiropractic adjustments and careful physical therapy can help to realign the spine and prevent further damage.
Other chronic conditions we can treat include:
Spinal Stenosis
Spondylolisthesis
Herniated Discs
